Meet Mack Rubash, an Alliance Sales Applications Engineer in the U.S.
Education: Bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Eastern Washington University
What is your role at Alliance?
I am a “Swiss army knife” who serves as an applications engineer and liaison between Alliance’s sales and design engineering teams. I have to know as much as I can about our systems to be able to relay that to our customers.
How do you and the AE team help customers?
“We do a lot of consulting with our customers on our equipment and with our salespeople. We do spatial floorplan layouts, designing the form, fit, and function of Alliance machines in a box plant. While we’re not designing the machine specifically, we’re designing the system interface as a whole and detailing how that application will work for our customer.”
