GET THINGS MOVING WITH THE VISUAL ABSOLUTE POSITIONING SYSTEM

The Visual Absolute Positioning System (VAPS) is custom engineered to enhance strapper operation capabilities, simplify the operator's interface, and increase production through-put. VAPS comes standard with either a telephone modem or internet based interface, which allows off-site support.

FEATURES:

• A “teachable” control system that allows operators' to input an unlimited number of custom strapping patterns

• Customizable strapping can be set for up to 21 primary and 12 cross strap options

• Automatic strap patterns can range from 0 x 0 to 4 x 3. VAPS controls are on-screen pushbuttons and data information screens, with manual backup controls

• Interfaces with the strapper and conveyor system to assure exact load positioning for precise strap placement to within ½”

• Allows multiple heads to simultaneously strap the load

• Automatically adjusts load position to make use of the available heads, retaining the exact strap positions
