The UltraPAL automatically builds patterned units from bundles. Incoming individual bundles are oriented using corners and modules prior to the tier stacker. Then the layers are squared and delivered by our patented belt over fork assembly onto the top of the unit. When the desired layer count is reached, the load discharges automatically.
