KEEP THINGS MOVING WITH THE RAPTORPAL

The RaptorPAL automatically builds patterned units from bundles. Incoming individual bundles are grabbed by the EOAT and positioned onto the tier forming conveyor according to the required unit pattern. Then the layers are squared and delivered by our patented belt over fork assembly onto the top of the unit. When the desired layer count is reached, the load discharges automatically. The RaptorPAL produces superior load quality and can automatically insert both tie sheets and bottom sheets.
