GET THINGS MOVING WITH POWERED ROLLER CONVEYOR
The Powered Roller Conveyor is available in two configurations: Powered Accumulating Roller or Powered Roller Only. Multiple zones can be incorporated for varying stages throughout the system.
Powered Accumulating Roller: allows product to accumulate without disrupting product already on the line. This allows maximum conveyor line utilization as multiple loads can be accumulated before filling the line. Multiple areas of accumulation (zones) can move independently for bundle staging, and a single, one horsepower drive can run up to 70 ft of conveyor.
Powered Roller Only: features a positive drive on the entire conveyor line and allows loads to be “indexed” as each load is added to the conveyor line. The indexing of loads maintains a gap between the loads.
