The Automatan Load Inverter is designed to turn pallet-sized loads quickly and safely for pallet exchange, slip sheet insertion, and downstream material handling operations. It reduces manual restacking and converts load turning into a simple one-person process, helping cut handling time and physical strain.

The machine uses an all-mechanical design with circular steel side frames, heavy rollers, and a single electric motor to rotate loads while a mechanically operated platen holds the product securely in place. Standard and custom configurations are available to fit different load sizes, weights, and line layouts, including automated installations.

We offer multiple load turner styles for different applications, including standard pallet load inverters, center-axis machines for automated lines, shallow-pit installations for floor-level pallet jack loading, and L-Model units for 90-degree turning of rolls, coils, barrels, and other difficult loads.
