KEEP THINGS MOVING WITH THE FEEDMASTER® TOP FEEDER

The FEEDMASTER® Top Feeder is designed to handle blank sheets of corrugated material into top-printing finishing machines. It receives a stack of material, lifts it up, divides it into measured blocks, and then inverts each block. Sheets are fed off the bottom of the block under a shingle gate onto the extendo in a continuous shingled stream for delivery into the finishing machine hopper.

• Stack acceptance up to 72” tall (optional 90” available)

• Automatic stack centering to align incoming stacks (+/- 6”)

• ActiveTrak® belt tracking system to keep lift and separation conveyor belts on center

• Patented floating block pusher that cleanly separates blocks from the stack

• Additional pusher plate air cylinder for down-warp material transfer

• High Speed Package (Fast waste sheet exit, 2-speed extendo belts, trail edge photo eye, 25 HP HPU)

• Automatic 4 pin lockout
