GET THING MOVING WITH THE AUTOMATAN EM
The Automatän Model EM litho labeling system is designed for spot and full mounting of litho labels to sheets and knocked-down boxes. It uses an electrostatic method of adhesive application to apply glue with uniform coverage, with no glue voids and no excessive glue, and no mat material required.
The system combines a lead-edge board feeder, a laminating section, and a label feed/transfer system to support repeatable registration and throughput. At standard formats, it runs at speed of up to 3,000 sheets per hour. Independent suction control on the litho feeder and a moveable litho preload air-deck shorten setup and changeover time.
