GET THINGS MOVING WITH THE EBREAK RDC

The eBreak RDC is an automatic bundle separator designed to break nicked bundles of carton. It will increase the efficiency and speed of a line, allow for inspection for individual bundles and via a simple set-up screen the machine can be adjusted to your specific order. Bundles are accumulated and moved to the synchronization position where they will be delivered to the Separator. The machine clamps the bundles, and mechanically separates them in the through direction. Multiple-across rows of nicked bundles measuring up to 2000 mm wide can be separated at the same time. Bundles not requiring separation can be conveyed directly through without intervention. After breaking the bundles are fed out to a palletizer or packing table.

A pair of Separators can be linked together by a turntable or cross-conveyor in order to separate bundles in both the through and across directions. (Contact us for alternative layouts)
