KEEP THINGS MOVING WITH THE DIGITAL PREFEEDER

THE DIGITAL PREFEEDER is designed to handle blank sheets of corrugated material. It receives a stack of material, lifts it up, divides it into measured blocks, orientates the blocks 90 degrees in relation to the press, takes the blocks and feeds sheets off the bottom of the block. It does so under a vertical stop mounted upon the downstream extendo section in a shingled stream for delivery into the finishing machine hopper. The Digital Prefeeder can also accommodate dual lane printing capabilities, if applicable, using a specialized extendo.
