GET THINGS MOVING WITH THE A+ LITHO LABEL LAMINATOR

The Automatan A+ litho label laminator is designed for single-face, double-face, chipboard, and specialty substrate lamination. The A+ has the ability to laminate to single-face sheets as well as spot and full-mount labels onto double-face.

The A+ uses our patented electrostatic adhesion process that reduces glue use and shortens set-up times. It runs up to 6,000 sheets per hour and includes an optional single-face module. The system is suited for large-format work across both short and long runs.

The system feeds board and labels separately, applies adhesive, bonds them under pressure, and optionally discharges to a stacker. It maintains registration across a range of sheet sizes and thicknesses while running at consistent speeds. Key sections are accessible for setup, clean-up, and adjustment.
