UltraBREAK

The UltraBREAK sets a new standard in breaking bundles for corrugated box manufacturing machines. New up-break geometry allows a smaller footprint and greater bundle throughput. Faster cycle times are a result of improved controls with optimized position sensing to reduce overall platen travel during the break cycle. Up-break machine motion has been specially optimized to reduce platen travel during the break cycle, resulting in faster cycle times. The up-break motion also allows unrestricted maximum bundle size after breaking. A user-friendly color touchscreen reduces set-up time. Patented segmented floating platen design allows true multiple-across breaking performance for bundles with slightly unequal heights.
