The ACCUSTAK® is a fully automatic high-speed stacker capable of building either bundles, single row stacks, or multiple across stacking of corrugated blanks at the maximum production speeds offered by modern rotary die cutters.

DIE CUTTER INTERFACE SECTION

• 12 sets of upper & lower trim belts – power adjustable and auto-settable

• Air knife, beater bar, and trim brushes

• Trim/scrap removal conveyor

• Power-adjusted movement in the vertical and horizontal directions

INCLINE SECTION

• 10 incline conveyor belts with vacuum assist to guide blanks into hopper.

• Adjustable spacing and skew-angle to generate gaps for multiple-across stacking.

• Power adjustable incline angle

• Power adjustable full-width upper & lower hold down rollers

STACKING SECTION

• Full width platform and operator side stairs

• Power-adjustable pneumatic side, divider, and hopper tampers

• Full-width hopper backstop closes to allow minimum 15” blank (through direction)

• Full-width hopper stainless steel composite construction stripper plate

• Zero feed interrupt

• Automatic lift lockout pins (with sensors)

• Blank count tracking

• ActiveTrak® lift conveyor belt

• Proportional hydraulic control for lift conveyor & stripper plate

• Bundle Transfer Conveyor unit can be located downstream of hopper or under the inclines. (Discharge direction must be specified)
