LOADMASTER III
The LOADMASTER III Semi-Automatic Load Former allows an operator to build unit loads from bundles of material without lifting. The operator receives incoming bundles on a transfer table and slides them onto a stripper plate to form a layer pattern. When the layer is complete, the operator cycles the stripper plate to place the layer on the load. When the desired layer count is reached, the load discharges automatically. The LOADMASTER III is offered in either hydraulic or electric drive models.
Modular LOADMASTER III
The Modular LOADMASTER III is an enhancement of the conventional LOADMASTER platform that allows for higher throughput by including additional modules to decrease incremental process times. The Modular LOADMASTER III design continues to be capable of its previous design features by allowing an operator to build stacked unit loads from individual bundles of material without the need to lift each bundle.
