The Company continuously strives to provide customers with an
ever-broadening line of products and services through investments
in R&D, training, strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
In June 1999, J&L Industries, LLC (Keithville, Louisiana)
purchased the business assets of Thermoguard Equipment Inc. (Spokane,
Washington) and changed its name to Alliance Machine Systems,
LLC.
In June 2000, Alliance reached agreement to acquire Quadro Engineering
BV (Hengevelde, Holland) and Serco Holland BV (Bladel, Holland). In
August, 2001 ASC/Pallmac became part of Alliance.
By combining these companies into one, Alliance is serving the
international needs of the corrugated industry with world-class
product lines and total customer support.
