To our valued customer:

This service bulletin is part of an ongoing effort to provide quality service and support for all Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC products. If you need assistance or more information, please call Gary Kneale, Field Service Manager, at 509-535-0356 and select Option two.

Description of Problem

We have identified a potential problem with the pivot shaft assembly on TEI Pre-feeders with Cart-Style extendos.  One case has been reported where cracks were identified on the pivot shafts located on both sides of the machine.  Failure of one or both of these shafts could result in an unsafe condition.  No failures have occurred; however, these shafts should be checked to ensure an unsafe condition does not exist.

Recommended Solution
