The J&L specialty folder/gluer allows penetration into new value-added markets

The J&L specialty folder/gluer is designed to handle auto lockbottoms, diecuts,
inner partitions, four and six corner trays, hexagonal, octagonal,
gusseted and long box styles. Effective widths range from 65" (1650mm)
to 170" (4300mm), including our exclusive widths above 115" (2900mm).
The versatility of the J&L specialty folder/gluer allows you to process
a range of board weights from heavy test triple wall corrugated
to 18 pt. boxboard, including litholaminated E and F flute.

The feed module is designed for accurate, smooth feeding with
all board thicknesses from boxboard grades and micro-flute through
triple wall corrugated.
Adjustable rear stack supports allow the operator to compensate
for irregularities in box style, substrate thickness and board
condition. The entire unit can be gang adjusted to suit box style.
There is no requirement to remove blanks to adjust feed position.
Feed gates offer front to back as well as lateral adjustments
to accommodate offsets on the leading edge of the blank.
Each feed belt is vacuum assisted for a positive grip and can
be individually positioned to suit the widest range of box styles,
substrates or board conditions.
